份量: 1個 9x5吋的蛋糕模
材料:
3隻香蕉
60克已坐溶的無鹽牛油
145克紅糖 (可改用白砂糖, 但會較甜, 份量需要自行調整)
少許油 (掃蛋糕模用)
1隻 雞蛋
1茶匙 雲尼拿香油
1茶匙鹽
1茶匙泡打粉
200克中筋麵粉
90克朱古力粒
40克可可粉
To make a 9x5 inch cake:
Ingredients:
3 riped bananas
60g melted unsalted butter
145g brown sugar (or white sugar, adjust to taste)
A little bit of oil for the baking mold
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
200g all purpose flour
90g chocolate chips
40g cocoa powder
